Corrective Action Plans for Deviations
في المشاريع، لا يقتصر التقييم على نسب الإنجاز، بل يشمل جودة التنفيذ، تطبيق خطط السلامة ، مطابقة الدراسات الفنية، نتائج اختبار عينات المواد ، والقدرة على تحقيق مؤشرات الخدمة. تجمع نيرفي هذه البيانات من الموقع وتقرأها فنيًا لتوضيح أين يسير المشروع جيدًا وأين يحتاج إلى تدخل.
Project evaluation is not limited to progress percentages. It also covers execution quality, HSE plan implementation, conformity with technical studies, material-test results, and the ability to achieve service indicators. NIRVI analyzes these site data from a technical perspective to clarify where the project is performing well and where intervention is required.

When a specification deviation appears, NIRVI identifies the technical cause, impact level, and appropriate corrective action. The plan defines responsibilities, timeframe, verification mechanism, and retesting requirements until the project is brought back on track.
